nsf file getting skipped

we are using Symantec BackupExec2010 and Lotus Domino 8.5

in every day backup some nsf files are showing skipped

and backup status showing failed

otus\Domino\data\Mail\a_PersonalFolders.nsf in use - skipped.
RRV bucket is corrupt.

    RRV (Record Relocation Vector) is a table that points to the notes within the database.  If it is bad, then the nsf is bad.  The nsf needs to be recovered from a good copy.  It is not a BE problem.  BE cannot backup a corrupt nsf file.
