problem with installation of robotic library

Hey guys

i have some probleme to install robotic library

    Your screen shot shows the operating system discovering the tape DRIVE, but not the tape LIBRARY.  My apologies if I missed something in your screen shot as I am not multi-lingual.

    You need to see something similar to my attachment.  You appear to be missing what I have marked in green.  You have only what I marked in blue.

    If you have 2 tape drives then that would require the LEO license to be installed and enabled. BE will include a license for the first drive in an autoloader/library. If you only have 1 drive, then no need to load a license. Thanks!

      I have one drive in my HP MSL2024 ...so i cant see my robotic library in BE

        Does the operating system see the MSL2024 library and tape drive?  Look in Windows Device Manager.  If Windows cannot see the hardware, then Backup Exec cannot see or use it either.
