Files not being backed up

Hello, I am using a trial version of Symantec Backup Exec 2010 R3 with SP1 for Small Business Servers with SBS 2003 as the media server. I have installed to a number of other clients successfully...

    Was the junction created using junction.exe or linkd.exe or any other utility ? Also, have you tried a backup with AOFO selected, however with the " Back up files and directories by following junctions " & the "Back up files and directories by following symbolic links " un-checked ?
