I Can't see a linux/unix server in the selection list BE 2010

hello, in my BE 2010 R3, can't see the linux servers in selection list in new job, i already install the ralus agent on linux server, but still do not see the server besides, i add the root user fo...

    well, finally i try with ralus 12.5.2213, and works!

     

    now i see in the selection list the linux server, folders and subfolders to backup.

Hi.

 

Make sure that process is running:

 

Go to /etc/init.d/VRTSralus.init  and type: services VRTSralus.init status.

If it is running, stop it and then start again.
