Symantec Backup Exec 2014 Unlock Robotic Library is disabled

This is the first time i have installed Backup Exec 2014 on Windows 2012, Robotic Library unlock button seems to be disabled, any ideas... Attached for reference. Thanks

    Thanks for the registry key, it worked after restarting BE services.
