Shutdown and restart procedure for BE10d on W2k3

I know I've seen a document or bulletin on the Veritas/Symantec web site that describes step by step the order in which a Backup Exec CAS and MMS servers should be shutdown when the servers are going to be rebooted.

Does anyone have a link to this document?
