As job status reamins as queued verify if any alerts are generated in the Alert tab.If so then repond to the pending alerts.
-- verify the Overwirte protection and append period settings.

Device jobs remain in a "pending" or "Queued" state indefinitely and "scheduled" jobs do not run at their appropriate time.
