Using LTO2 tapes 200/400 but bue only sees 200gigs?

hello everyone, we've been using an HP StorageWorks SSL1016 and bue 10 and then 11d.  We've always used LTO2 tapes that are 200/400 but bue shows the "used capacity" of "0 bytes of 196 gb".

 

I am currently using "Hardware compresstion else none" on my backup jobs, but I think that's useless if it only sees 200gigs.  Is this a bue feature or a lack of a feature of our StorageWorks SSL1016?
