VSS Error

I produce backup windows 2008R2  ADDS role, Backup only SYSTEM STATE
this virtual server (host hyper-V 2012).Backup Exec 2012 ver.14.0 rev. 1798.
as a result of getting an error

    Have you tried performing the system state backup using windows wbadmin utility? Does it work?

    Also which snapshot provider have you specified for the backup job in Backup Exec?

    Thanks for the tip. wbadmin utility does not create  system state backup.

    1) Push the remote agent out again to the VM

    2) Try specifying your VSS provider.  Edit your job and use the option circled in red.

    Good afternoon. these actions I have performed. Now I understand the reason why with wbadmin utility not create backups

    Are you able to take a backup with BE after making the changes I have suggested?

    after testing it turned out that in my case, this error occurs when converting Physical-to-Virtual.

    The x's are vms name etc.

    Backup exec 2012 at SP4 and hotfix 215906 installed.

    I got MS VSS enabled on the backup job.

    HA cluster windows 2012 standard 3 hosts and im backuping trough the HA cluster not the cluster volumes.
