Which agents do i need?

Hi, We're currently running BE11d on a Windows Storage Server thats connected to a large LTO-based drive\autoloader.  It currently backs up itself only.
 
We're just about to add a new SQL Server to the network and would like to back it up using the above.  I assume we need to purchase and install a remote agent and the sql agent, but could somebody please confirm this before i buy too much or not enough ?  Also, does the SQL agent get installed on the system backing up or the SQL server itself?

    For one MSSQL server, you will need on MSSQL serial (each SQL/Exchange/Notes/Oracle agent includes one Remote Agent)
     
    The serial is installed on the media server, which unlocks the capablility to backup open SQL databases, and should push the RemoteAgent to the SQL server.
