BE2010 / Job finished + Eject Tape

Hi, Be2010 seems to work very fine at our company. Only thing I have to ask is: after our (only) tape job is finished nothing(!) happens. no completion in the jobmonitor, no outgoing e-mail,...

    Go to Tools - Alert Categories and check that the Media Remove Alert is cleared after a short period.
