(Urgent help needed ) "pub_mnic faulted and not coming online automatically"

Apologies but I see in the log

2017/07/07 20:11:47 VCS INFO V-16-1-10299 Resource pub_mnic (Owner: Unspecified, Group: PubLan) is online on ye1admin2 (Not initiated by VCS)

So, VCS detects that the pub_mnic resource came up online on its own and declared it Online. What exactly you are looking to achieve?

Have you checked for errors at hardware and OS level?
