DLO 8.0 SP4 and Windows 10 Professional

When I perform the installation on a windows 10 it does not allow me to log into the DLO 8.0 SP4 agent.

I've disabled account control.

Where could the error be? Has it ever happened to you?

      When you start the agent tells you that you can not download the profile settings.

        I just determined that it also gives me error with a windows 7 64 bit. It happens every time I set up a new user and install a new computer. The strange thing is that the already configured users are still working.
