DLO and storage location on NetBackup Appliance universal share

I am new to DLO and am wondering if storage location can reside on NetBackup FLEX appliance Universal Share??

Will it work? Any ideas? It would be cool having DLO SL on universal share in Veritas NetBackup Appliance.
