    You need Enterprise Server License on the media server to enable Remote Client support.

    Talk to your local Symantec reseller.
    Or find a reseller here: http://partnerlocator.symantec.com/

Can you please let me know part number for  Enterprise Server license on the Master and on the Media server that needs to backup network clients.

Becuase i already contact Symantec Distributor in Riyadh. The dont know about the Feature ID 71 or License Part number.
