Enterprise Vault.Cloud User Permissions
We are new to this service. Is it possible to give a user permissions to just one mail archive that is not their own? For example, an employee leaves and his supervisor would like access to his archived email. We don't want to open up everyone's archive. Can this be done?

Your best bet is to query this with Symantec's Live Office support - you can email them on lof_losupport@symantec.com - this will raise a ticket and an engineer will generally responding in 24 hours or so.
Unfortunately I am not savvy enough with the EV.cloud product to clarify one way or another.
