how 2 upload a file??

When you start a new discussion or edit your post, there is an option right under the check boxes where you indicate the product and topics assigned to your post. This option is called "file attachments." Click the arrow to the left of "file attachments" and then browse and upload the appropriate file.

choosing to Edit. However, if you're having difficulty, just PM me the link of where you want it to go and the file, and I can do it for you.

At the bottom u will see the attachment option. Donot go to the web link option

please explain briefly. I cant find any where.
