All Local drive backups not running

Hi

Please assist with below scenario

1.i got a client windows 2012 server backing up to Netbackup Appliance 5230 with 3 Media servers 5330

SQL backups are running fine but local driver backups are not running, below log for more info.

SQL and Local drive policies are configured to same STU

    Can't see any errors.  More detail required.

    We can see that bpfis process has started on the client.

    You need to troubleshoot to see why the snapshot process seems to be hanging.

    Check Windows Event logs and bpfis log for clues.

    If NBU bpfis log folder does not exist, please create it under <install-path>\veritas\netbackup\logs.
    The next backup attempt will write to bpfis log.

    Please create bpbkar log folder as well.

    You may also want to select 'Allow multiple data streams' in the policy attributes.
    This will create a separate stream for Shadow Copy Components and individual drive letters and will help to see which stream is getting hung.

    bpfis/bpcd folder creadted and attached for more info, bpbkar created but it doesnt have any logs.

    Multi stream already enabled in the policy.

    I have check VSS writers and evntlogs couldnt find any errors so far.

    No attachments in your previous posts.

    Please copy today's log file in bpfis to bpfis.txt and retry the upload.

    Does the backup eventually fail?
    Or do you kill it after a while? If so, how long do you wait?

    There are no errors in the Job details that you posted earlier and no errors in bpfis log. 

    Only these warnings (18 line of the same message):

    GetVolumeInformation failed: The system cannot find the path specified.

     

    Which NBU version and patch level on this client?
    Is the client a node in a cluster?

    i have killed the backup bt last night backup was running morethan 8hrs.

    yes its a node in cluster.
