Remote agent utility uninstall

Trying to update from BE12 to 2010. When I run the pre check it tells me I must uninstall Remote agent utility before I install the new version of BE. The only 2 options I have installed are BE main p...

    This is on the media server?  You cannot remove the Remota Agent from a media server without completely un-installing Backup Exec

Sorry for the late reply, got kinda of busy the last few days. Yea it is a media server, I was hopeing that was not the answer.
