Backup getting hang

Hi Team, Backup hanging at paticular mount point.Its window client,i asked windows team they saying its not huge file.Need Reasons why backup getting hang.   Master//Media:Linux,Netbackup 7....

    You could also run bpbkar -nocont on the filesystem to see if the issue in on the reading side of the process.

    If the logs are in place (as per Mariannes post) then this still logs into bpbkar.

    FYI - -nocont, makes bpbkar on the client 'run' the backup, but the data is not saved, it is just thrown away, hence why this is a test of the reading side only.

Please reply with the detailed status log of the job that is hanging. This will provide what step its on and a place to start.
