My daily and weekly backups are running succssfully. But unfortunately, last week full backup jobs( Fridaby and Saturday backups) are not at all started. And i couldn't find any errors messages/job failed on Active monitor as well.
Please suggest me, what might be the issue is?

Double check schedules against the start window with include dates (if there is calendar type schedule) and exclude dates...
From the master server properties you can check the clients attributs to check - offlien backups until field for the clients in question....
I have rechecked cronjob, it looks good and no change at all.
I can see existing connection in b/w client and server as at the same time i had run manual backup as well.

Cronjob??!?! if you are using crontab than this issue is OS related not NBU... NBU is having its own scheduler... Why you are not using it?
