Best setting for SLP nbu 8.3.0.2

Hello,
could you help me to configure the best scenario for the slp, I have the following.

Msdp - lto 7
advanceddisk -lto7

the slp are currently under this configuration:

default window 24x7 and attached image

PD: some slp's take more than 120 hrs to complete

    max size per du[lication job shud b equal to the size of ur tapes..100 tb is way huge for single job to cater

    Set SLP to operate during day time and backup during night time.

    Mixing read (SLP) and write (Backup) workloads on disk decreased performance a lot.
