Please give a solution ASAP.

  • Do you use data domain?  Looks like the media server is trying to access the storage unit but doesn't have permission...

Do you have multiple media servers setup in your environment?

Can you check etc/hosts file on your client in BMR recovery environment and confirm if it has all the media servers entry reflected in it?

    thanks.

  • Check in your Client Configuration may be you need to add the Media Server entry in it

  • Hi mandar/Rohit

i checked the host entry in client machine and media server entry is already exit.

    Please let me know  this.

    1. i have booted my BMR restore environment client machine with bootable media created by SRT.

    2. And i selected network based SRT while doing prepare to restore.

whether what i did is correct or i have select CD based SRT in prepere to restore.

Also please find the attached screenshot shows that no drivers. suggest me how to install the drivers.
