Can netbackup linux clients check for backups?

Can Linux clients check to see if they have valid backusp from the NB client?  I am not sure on Linux, but from Windows you can pull up the Backup, Archive and Restore app and check.   Thanks!

If you're after a GUI, /usr/openv/netbackup/bin/jbpSA in Unix (including Linux) is just equivalent to "Backup, Archive & Restore" in Windows

you can use bplist that will listindividual files

    http://www.symantec.com/docs/HOWTO43668

you can use bpclimagelist that will list what "images" the client has

    http://www.symantec.com/docs/HOWTO43770

and you can use the jbpSA GUI - that will however require a X server and the DISPLAY variable configured.
