file system restore from Linux VMDK

Guys

Please assist

i have a VMDK backup setup for Linux 7.2 Ent with XFS file system directly from vcenter without nbu client, i am trying to see granular level files from backup/restore window but unable to see except VMDK files.

 

Please advise.

    This looks like screenshot from 'File System Compatibility' section in OS SCL : http://www.veritas.com/docs/000025229 

    This section applies to regular Linux Client with NBU software installed and backed up via Standard policy.

    You will notice that there is a separate section in OS SCL for 'Virtual Systems Compatibility'. This section contains a link to the doc that I have mentioned above.

    Note: File-level recovery is supported for virtual
    machines that use the 32-bit version of the ext4 file
    system. Support for the XFS and ext4 (64 bit) file systems
    is planned for a future release.
