    We’ve made several customer experience enhancements for NetBackup 8.2 including:

    • Redesigning and updating content on our Support portal to better support your self-service goals
    • Consolidated and improved download experience for our products
    • Enhanced utility to automate both clients and media server updates (VxUpdate)
    • Revamped pre-check tool to proactively identify compatibility gaps in your environment along with guidance on how to prevent issues
    • Video tutorials
    • Streamlined Quick Start upgrade guide for those familiar with the NetBackup upgrade process
