raise this question on some Windows desktop forum. Even if NetBackup supports backups of Windows desktop OS, its main focus is on server/cloud/enterprise systems. There are backup softwares which are more flexible and more user friendly for desktop backups.

In addition to Michal_Mikulik1 post I would like to emphasize that these two are EOL on Microsoft end (8 and 2 years). Try to convey the responsible people in your company to move to supported OS platform.
