Image cleanup error

My image cleanup have this error:

19-ago-2010 17.12.11 - Info nbdelete (pid=13563) deleting expired images. Media Server: media01.mycompany.com Media: @aaaab
19-ago-2010 17.12.13 - Error nbdelete (pid=13563) Cannot obtain resources for this job : error [800]
19-ago-2010 17.12.11 - requesting resource @aaaab
19-ago-2010 17.12.11 - Error nbjm (pid=183) NBU status: 800, EMM status: Disk volume is down
19-ago-2010 17.12.11 - Error nbjm (pid=183) NBU status: 800, EMM status: Disk volume is down

with the command

bpimmedia -mediaid @aaaab

the result is

no entity was found
how can i get the info about @aaaab?

    However, having had a further trawl through the T/N's do you use optimised duplications?

    The following T/N mentions @aaaab & inabillity to 'clean-up':

    A critical issue has been discovered in NetBackup Enterprise Server 6.5GA and higher when performing optimized duplications. Duplications may report as successful, but a buffer overrun can cause an image copy to be created that cannot be restored without a special procedure.

    If this relates, you'll probably have to log a call per the workaround in this document "If a restore or expiration cannot be performed due to this issue, please contact Technical Support, referencing this document ID and Etrack 1977037 "

  • I have used this command

    nbdelete -allvolumes -force


    and now the cleaning is ok.

    The error is being generated by an old test i made...
