is Solaris client supported for Accelerator

Hi -

I have gone through the compatibility guides but couldn't found if solaris clients are support for accelerator in version 7.5.0.6 or later. does someone confirm if it is supported or not.

    yes it is supported

    make sure you have go though the below T/N

    Any client that supports client-side dedupe also supports Accelerator. Note that only filesystem backups are supported. More info in NBU Admin Guide I.

    Hi Marianne/Ram,

     

    Thanks for this info. I will check out the Admin guide 1. yes these are FS (standard) backup and Filesystem is ZFS on the client.
