Jobs failed (Waiting for Retry status 50)

 

Hello Experts,

When I monitor NetBackup 7.0, some jobs failed but I can not cancel this jobs. Status code is 50. Here picture bellow.

What should I do? Please help me.

    There are a few possible solution there including a T/N I recently added to the end of it:

    BUG REPORT: At NetBackup versions 6.5.5, 6.5.6, 7.0, 7.0.1 and 7.1, ghost jobs or numerous jobs with status 50's may be seen in the activity monitor that can't be deleted.

  • Just found the same TN as Andy. FINALLY Symantec acknowledged this as bug! YAY!!! Progress!!enlightened

  • Have you managed to work through the cleanup steps as per the TN that Andy posted?
