Jobs failed (Waiting for Retry status 50)

 

Hello Experts,

When I monitor NetBackup 7.0, some jobs failed but I can not cancel this jobs. Status code is 50. Here picture bellow.

What should I do? Please help me.

    There are a few possible solution there including a T/N I recently added to the end of it:

    BUG REPORT: At NetBackup versions 6.5.5, 6.5.6, 7.0, 7.0.1 and 7.1, ghost jobs or numerous jobs with status 50's may be seen in the activity monitor that can't be deleted.

    Just found the same TN as Andy. FINALLY Symantec acknowledged this as bug! YAY!!! Progress!!enlightened

    Have you managed to work through the cleanup steps as per the TN that Andy posted?
