Library recycling and NDMP recycling

1) how to perform  library recycling in netbackup

2) how to perform ndmp recycling in netbackup

    Tape library is not recycled in NetBackup. 
    Tape library is recycled by pressing the power button on the library.
    Restart NBU after recycling the library.

    NDMP cannot be restarted/recycled from NBU.
    NDMP is a function of the filer - this is where it must be restarted.
    Consult your filer documentation for restart of filer processes.
    From NBU point of view, NDMP is simply a policy type where filer credentials is used to initiate NDMP backup on the filer.
    There are no NDMP processes running on NetBackup.
