Are source and destination devices now both configured as hcart3?

Problem in NBU is that the default for LTO3 are LTO6 are both hcart3.

What does media, drive and STU config look like for new library and media?

I don't see any reservation for 'new library' and a different media id used for the backup?

Was A00001 used for the new backup?

This will mean that there is no media available for the duplication.

Please show Details tab of backup job - this will tell us what to expect for duplication.

And add more media to LTO6 robot as per my previous post....

Both devices are configured as HCART3.

I've stuck new barcode labels onto two new tapes and inventoried them in the LTO6 TLD: A00010 & A00011

A00001 was used for the new backup this morning that completed successfully.
