Move NB 6.5 from 32bit server to 64bit server

I need to move an existing single server install of NB 6.5.2a on Win2003 32bit to a new installation on a NB 6.5.2a Win2008 64bit. 

Here is some of the problems:

1) the installation path is different on each server

2) I do not want to keep the existing EMM or Master server names

3) on the current install the EMM and Master are different names

4) Of course they are 32 vs 64 bit OS's

I have tried some of the Adminstration Manual ideas ( moving the netbackup database from one host to another ) but to no avail.  I am thinking that I might have to export the database contents to .dat and reimport to the new database but not sure.

Any Ideas out there??
