NBU client installation is getting failed on Linux machine.
While installing the NBU client binaries on Redhat Linux machine getting library file issue.
Error :-
error while loading shared libraries: libacl.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
tar failed unpacking /tmp/bp.27062/bin_net.tar on .
Cannot complete the client install.
client_config_failed

I need experts suggestion here what can be done to get this resolved.
You did not specify what release of NBU Client software you are trying to install?
What release version of RHEL is the client?
This article describes the supported client versions. Ensure that the client OS version is supported on the NBU version being attempted.

http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH76648You need to install at the NBU major release GA version first and then upgrade to the ML you need. The process creates an install log which should have been displayed the file path on the console.

Install the libacl package which contains the missing libacl.so.1 library.

Also, looks to be RHEL 6 Update 3 which is pretty old, from 2012.
Best to upgrade OS to Update 6 which I'm sure is supported since we are using it.
