Check status of your drives using tpconfig -d
 
 
Check the NDMP credentials you have used by running tpconfig -dnh -all_hosts

Message: No drives are available for this job
Explanation: Ajob requested a tape drive, but no eligible drive path was configured
for the job.
Recommended Action: Try the following:
■ Verify that the required drives and robots are configured and up.
■ Verify that ltid is active and a drive path exists that is configured on the drive
for the media server that the storage unit requires.
■ If the job requires an NDMP drive path, verify that one exists.

Under NetApp heading:

Known restrictions
■ The username used with the tpconfig command must be defined as root
for each data mover.

I am used root for credentials but still same, status 2001 :'(

Connecting to host "forlan02A" as user "root"...

Have you reconfigured the drives since changing the username to ensure that all configurations are consistent?

yep re-configured

What does the All Log Entries report say during the failure - maybe post it for a time period of 5 minutes either side of the failure

basically, delete and re-created the device database for all media/master servers
