Netbackup client installation fails with "Internal Error 2738"

Hi,

I am trying to install netbackup 7.6.0.1 client setup on Win2k8 R2 enterprise server, but setup getting failed with ERROR: Internal Error 2738.

Related to this issue I followed Symantec technotes and successfully re-registered “regsvr32 vbscript.dll” & regsvr32 scrrun.dll then run setup again still getting same error.

Netbackup setup log error.
