NetBackup Enterprise Client & APP/DB Pack License

I already have NBU in the environment. I will be adding 1 virtualized (ESXI) server with 2 physical CPUs which will be hosting 5 VMs out of which 3 VMS(oracle,SQL,Exchange) will be hosting APP/DB.

In this case I will be needing :

     1 NetBackup Enterprise Client WLS Tier 2 License

     1 Netbackup APP/DB Pack WLS Tier 2 License

is this the correct assessment?

    Hello,

    supposing you have Traditional Licensing Model you are correct.
