Netbackup integration with SAP MaxDb database

    -24985: ERR_MENOTFOUND - medium not found

     

    Explanation

    You specified a backup template that is not defined.

    • Check whether you entered the name of the backup template correctly.

    • Use a different backup template.

    • Create a new backup template with this name.

    • If you cannot resolve the error, contact Support.

I got below error in the logs as you mentioned in your reply

ERR
-24985,ERR_MENOTFOUND: medium not found
