Netbackup Java Administration Console 8.1 Issue

I've installed netbackup 8 on Oracle Linux 7.5, Once i try to open Admin console it shows an error unable to get data from client status (25).
Can anybody please help.
Where are you trying to connect from?
If you are trying to connect from Java Console on your desktop, please verify forward and reverse hostname lookup (use the same hostname as master server name during NBU installation) as well port 1556 open in both directions.
