    For Windows 2012 the minimum level is 7.6

    For Windows 2012 R2 the minimum level is 7.6.0.3

    You cannot install it on Windows 8

    To answer your original question of "Which version of Opscenter is compatible with Netbackup 7.5.0.5." it would be any 7.5.0.x that is equal to or higher than 7.5.0.5 and any 7.6.0.x version.
