tape drive path keeps going down

Hi, my master server is NBU 7.1 on Windows 2008 R2 SP1. We have more than 10 media servers (Windows 2008 R2 SP1, NBU 7.1). The tape library is IBM TS3310 with 6 FC drives. The tape drives are shared ...

    Add VERBOSE entry to vm.conf (in Veritas\volmgr folder) on all media servers and restart Device Manager service. 
    Reason for drives being DOWN'ed will now be logged to Event Viewer Application log.

    Please also check System log for device errors.
    You need to determine if problem is seen on specific drives.
    If all media servers have problems with the same drives, you need to log a call with hardware support.
