Server is not licensed for Remote Client Option!

Hi all, recently i have installed Veritas Netbackup 6.5 and configure it as a Media server mdbck002 mstbck001 is the master server backup is not working in mdbck002 activity monitor show...

    STATUS CODE 159: Master or Media server backups are failing with "Server is not licensed for Remote Client Option"

the backup works properly when i run it from the other two servers,
