Whenever bpbrm logs "error from client", look at the log for the client process to find the details.

how can ı find the client process log ?

Your job report snippet shows that bphdb reported the error. Look on the client under NetBackup\logs\bphdb. This folder doesn't exist unless you create it.
I googled on bphdb on the general Internet and came up with this similar sounding solved discussion from 4 years ago:
Keep in mind that the prior issue may not have been the same as yours. Start with the bphdb log.

when ı created folder start write logs
and found that
bphdb: failed executing command <"C:\Program Files\Veritas\NetBackup\bin\bpdbsbora.exe" -enhbackup -L "BRMJBD300" -rw -i "C:\Program Files\Veritas\NetBackup\Logs\user_ops\dbext\logs\input.8100.0.0802118.075737" -jobid 20707>
bphdb: ERR - exit status: <1>
bphdb: ERR - bphdb exit status = 6: the backup failed to back up the requested files
bphdb: INF - EXIT STATUS 6: the backup failed to back up the requested filesanybody do you know what does it mean ?
but stop service and clear cache command wait 20 seconds after start services backup working well again
