everything is looks fine. but i still hits this error.
1: (96) unable to allocate new media for backup, storage unit has none available
yes. confirmed 200% is data cartridges.
Issue solved.
due to dont have barcode label on tape, i manually assigned the barcode number in nettbackup sofrware.

Define "everything is looks fine". What have you checked?
Does the available media report show media AVAILABLE, in the robot, in the correct pool, of the correct density?
The status 96 was added to this discussion:
error Error bpbrm (pid=22120) from client db01: ERR - bphdb exit status = 6: the backup failed to back up the requested files
Status 96 needs to be looked at separately.
It simply means that the pool selected for this backup does not have sufficient blank media in the robot.
Use available_media report from cmd on the master server to see media status and location in this pool.
(command is in ...\Veritas\netbackup\bin\goodies)
PS:
Please follow up on status 6 post where comms issue between client and master is reported.

You wont work with netbackup and tapes without barcodes. Terrible Most Libraries wont work without barcode information about type of tape.
A barcode is for example A1234BL6. L6 means LTO-6. About use of barcodes you should read netbackup documentations. Here are some old posts about:

I know that some customers had problems with start of new LTO-6. So if your Netbackup is unable to query the drive I would check Driver and Firmware.

its weired, in the command prompt, its showing HC3_CLN, but in Netbackup Adminsitrator Console is showing HCART3
