Status Code 40 after Backup running for 15 Minutes - Everytime

Hi,  My customer has 2 Client behind a firewall to be backup. Everytime I tried to backup these clients, backup will be running fine for the 1st 15 Minutes before I get Status 40 - Network Connecti...

    The FIREWALL vendor disable the IPS feature and the problem is solved. 

    Backup is running fine now.

Marriane,

Do you mean that even thought their no restriction on the traffic between the master/media and the client thru the firewall, firewall timeout still applies ? 

I'm asking this because the last round of test I actually ask the firewall admin to let any traffic to pass from client to master/media.
