- Does the jaw-vas1 server have multiple NIC cards? If yes, specify the NIC that you want to use through a REQUIRED_INTERFACE=ipaddress entry in the /usr/openv/netbackup/bp.conf file of the database server
also, check if the master server can do reverse hostname lookup properly
