Tape Driver cleaning problem

Hi Dear Friends,

l use the i40 quantum as tape library  in netbackup 7.7 

there is a warning related tape driver needs cleaning

when l clean tape driver with netbackup appears a such problem

    The message shows you do not have cleaning tape available in library. Insert a cleaning tape in library and make sure you assign it to “None” pool in NetBackup then run a cleaning job.
