If I may asked - what have YOU done to troubleshoot?
By now you know that you need dbclient at logging level 3 on the client - does the folder exist on the client?
Have you checked the log?
I have previously suggested that you check SQL errorlog and VDI log on the SQL client.
Have you done that?
(PLEASE reach out to the SQL dba to assist with creating and checking logs - something is wrong on the SQL side - NBU is merely reporting the error, not causing it.)Have you tried to look in the Job Details for error messages?
