Throttle bandwidth for duplication

Question

I have an SLP that duplicates backups between media servers.&nbsp; Today we noticed the duplication job was killing our network.&nbsp; Would throttling bandwidth in the host properties of the master resolve this problem?&nbsp; If not, is there a way to do it?&nbsp;
Would be much easier if there were a way to schedule the duplication jobs...
