It would be good to show what errors are causing the drives to go down - it helps the forum understand more about the problem. The out[put from "tpconfig -l" would also be helpful.
That said, I can see one issue which won't be helping matters, the drive scan is showing drive serial number HU1321VU9Y twice (first as /dev/sg41, then again as /dev/sg42).
Do you have a shared storage license (SSO)?
